    suspension upgrade

Before there were high tech front end glass springs or coil overs I went with the heavy duty "F41" front and rear springs from VBP. This was before "forums" too. I now know many say these are too stiff for all but the best shocks and not to use them unless you race. They definitely bring out the...

Help! '66 Offset - Set back - Wheels

I believe this TTD is what others have used with no body modifications.

What broke over the winter storage ??

If I remember correctly, it's in there pretty good. I replaced all my vent door seals etc. while I was at it.

Important! Bad gas tank sender design

This leaking has been discussed a bit on one of the other forums. I found my problem was the Positive strap broken in two under the tubing and the rheostat seemed worn out. So instead of wasting $80 on a cheap one that's likely to leak or $300++ on a genuine, I sent mine to John Wolf last week...

I just got mine back on the road after replacing my water pump. Now I can get back to my distributer fine tuning I was working on! It's been in the 60's and perfect driving weather here!

Warning! The Kid rebuilding a Muncie

Sure, you can use the hammer and chisel, but the difference between Corvette owners and Mustang owners is, we can make tools...I saw that on National Geographic once.

Warning! The Kid rebuilding a Muncie

"A "Muncie Nut Wrench" costs $50 and to hell with that." Amen! I made one from a square of 1/8", bolted piece of 1" flat stock to it for the handle.

    Big Block Info???

Hmmm, I'm getting tired of my leaking Tri-Power, but I don't think this puppy will fit even under a 67 BB hood. Or will it, anyone try it??? How about one of those new BD Tri-Power set ups?

    Steam Powered Corvette

It might have been mis-labeled, it looks more like "STILL POWERED" to me! An early Flex-fuel car no doubt.

    Help! Holley 2300 leaks

Drjohn, I submitted this same question on the Holley online tech page under carbs and manifolds. I got a reply that it was for new products and he gave me the correct phone number. When I looked at my receipt from Holley the other day, I saw it was dated 2/6/98. 10 years to the week! The...
