Here ya go! gmjunkie was kind enough to help me when I was trying to diagnose the problem myself. I believe his instructions were specific to the right (passenger side) headlamp, but it will still let you know if the module is working or not. I tried to link to the original post, but I couldn't...

Not sure if this will help or not, but the headlamp actuator module on my 93 is on the drivers side, just in front of the front tire. I had a problem with one of the headlamps (R) , and thought it was the gears, etc in the headlamp motor. After I replaced all of that, it still didn't work...

I'd bet it is the heater core. Mine did the same thing (93LT1), and I could actually detect a trace of coolant on the passenger side floorboard. Since it was the middle of summer I just bypassed the core. I'm probably going to be changing out the core this weekend, because it's getting too cold...
