Had the same problem had to beat on the side of the car:bang to get the plunger to stay out. Dealer:Silly will replace unit for free. Takes about an hour....

None of this is true 1. The Nav DVD stays in the lower slot marked DVD all the time. The CD goes in the upper slot marked CD and both work at the same time. 2. The Nav will play MP3's the 2005 needed an update to the unit but it plays them fine now. 3. I think the unit is a $1,700 option...
