Thank-YOU! Upon closer examination, it looks like there should be tabs on the backing plate at 1, 5, 7 and 11 that fit into the wheel but are broke off. Is that the case? Nobody ever mentioned that, just looked at me like I was crazy when I asked how to mount the horn button. Mystery...

Anybody know the procedure for installing the horn button on an 85? The backing plate is attached to the button but the assembly WILL NOT clip onto the wheel. Do I need to remove the wheel or what? Thanks!

I have suspected a vacuum leak although not from bypassing the TB. I hear a whistling from the motor. Can't decide if it's a vacuum leak or the bearing in AIR pump (disconnected). Not showing any codes. Also I was told my injectors could have a low voltage problem causing predetonation...

Hey, thanks for the advice. AIR pump has already been "converted" and my antifreeze leak was just a heater hose. While I was in there I bypassed the throttle body with a heater hose and changed to a 180 thermostat. Does anyone know where the coolant temp sensor is? This controls your warm up...

Yea, those C6 headlights are fuggly. At least make it reflective under the glass, so it looks like a headlight, in stead of body colored.

Dad gumit! Had the project vette all tuned up with Platinum plugs, cleaned the throttle body and new brakes and rotors all the way around. Just set the idle and the damn bottom falls out! Anti-freeze everywhere. It got on the belt so I can't tell where it's coming from but once it heated up...
