Jayman If you're talking about your 1999 C5 FSM says to use a small screwdiver insert at the rear edge of the lens ( furthest from the windshield) and carefully pry out the lens. replace the bulb and reinstall the lens edge nearest to the windshield 1st and the push up the rear edge. Hope this...
