Lock the new M/C in a vise, attach the bleeder tubes to the ports and the tubes empty back into the reservoir, fill M/C with fluid and tilt down and up and left and right while bleeding.
Here's the parts at the horn button, some of the vendors have color pic that is clearer.
While I've got the AIM open here's the junction box that has the wire that goes to the 30amp fuse.
There is an alarm horn under the rear drivers fender, you have a horn on the passenger side?
The ground for the wiper and fan motor should be a black wire attached to a starter mount bolt or a bell housing bolt.
Parts missing from the steering wheel will keep the horn under the hood from...

The junction box is near the front of the left front frender and the inline 30 Amp fuse is closer to the master cylinder.

Hi RR,
On my 74 SB W/ A/C there is a vacuum actuated heater shut off valve installed on the 5/8 heater hose.
Turning the thumb wheel towards heat sends vacuum to open the valve and let the hot water circulate.
Don't you have the same?
Someone posted that by using the 4 hole gasket mileage would improve so I tried it for a few months. That didn't work for me so I went back to the big hole gasket.
With 190 HP I'm not to concerned with changing my torque curve. LOL

HH-I took your advise but without removing the carb, just trying to see what's moving or not.
Lars-You rebuilt the carb years ago and it worked perfect!!! A No charge re-service is not acceptible! I'm years past any warranty, if we can't correct this...
