Well my car goes away in mid November up on jacks wheels off cover on top padding on the floor and moth balls on the pad and shop all winter for the things I need and then around May she comes out and it's like getting a new car

I went from the 2 1/2 inch manifolds all the way back to the flow masters with 2 1/2 stainless and it breathes better runs smoother more power and better fuel economy and the sound will blow you away it's worth it if youcan do it.Pat
The 1976 mar76 L-48 had a3.36:1 ratio and in mar76 a L-82 had a 3.70:1 ratio so anything smaller will give you better mileage but for all the work and the cost and the speed your going I would forget it . Pat
My problem was a bad ground wire the one from the battery through the floor under the car and bolted on to the frame I changed it and never had aproblem again, good luck Pat

Idon't know one in your area but getting one that knows corvettes is the only way to go it will save you time and money rather then having someone learn on your beacause they are way different then camaro's and chevelles
