    Wet Carpet Ppassenger Side.

Ah Ha! I mentioned in my original post that I had found a drain hose behind the outside removable air grill and that I suspected there was another but couldn't locate it. If you can explain where it is I would really appreciate it. I have ran water into the air intake area but due to probably...

Thanks Hib.... I duck tapped anything to do with anywhere the water could get in. The whole door, windows, weather stripping across the top of the windshield and down the sides. I have the original GM service manuals, one big thick one and one small one for the electronics and mentions very...

Thanks Wayback, I considering buying one if I get stumped, would like to fine a cross sectional diagram of the heater core to see what I'm looking at and to see if the camera would fit around the corners. Thanks DWinter and I had thought of that few years back and taped off anywhere the rain...

    Wet Carpet Ppassenger Side.

1988, C4, I've have this problem with wet carpet passenger side after a good rain. Years ago I found a drain tube located far right side of the heater box behind the air grill that was blocked and after cleaning it thought I had fixed the problem. I'm still having the same problem, does...

Question: 1984 - Antenna motor housing removal

Removing the rear wheel and mud shields, the motor is still going to be an arms length away and seems like it's going to be a pain. My questions is, how difficult is it to remove the rear plastic cover that frames the lights. Accessing the antenna motor housing would be a lot closer.

    Replacing the Door

Backing too close to a 4x4 fence post completely ripped of my mirror. Mirror is perfect but it held on to much of the fiberglass skin and some rusty inside support frame still attached. Sent a picture to a friend and said I would be further ahead to get e used door. Figuring if the price is...

Proofing an HT coil on a 1988 Vet

Yes, good question .....I suppose I have to start somewhere and I have a no spark situation and my rotor had black marks all over it so I replaced it to no avail. I took the distributor cap off and wanted to proof the coil before I start with the HEI module which can be a bit of a pain...

Proofing an HT coil on a 1988 Vet

Suspect the HT coil that sits top of the distributor. It's removed, benched and dis'assyed. Can I strike 12 volts across the coil and connect an alligator to the center electrode then to the plug? Would this create a spark to proof the coil? Any suggestions please....
