I am thinking about having the top repaired. There is a company in Illinois called Corvette Tops I believe. It costs $450 plus $95 shipping. They put a new insert in. Has anyone heard of this company or used them?

I am looking to replace or have refurbished the targa top on my 04'. I checked with a company in Il. and they charge $450 plus $95 for shipping. The replace the acrylic and send it back. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I hear it both idling and moving. It stopped yesterday and then came back again today.

Now that I live in South Carolina, I made my '04 my daily driver. Back in sunny RI my '93 was a garage queen. I'd rather drive it daily than have it sit in the garage. I've only seen a couple of snow flakes here. Rain won't hurt it-you just have to wash the road grime off.

Where did you get the C5 logo for under the hood-is that a decal. And what about those chrome chrome retaining clips?

I don't believe the Wide Ovals come in sizes for the C5.

I just replaced the rear OEM tires with the Michelin and they are soooooooo much quieter. I believe the tread wear rating is 400. I certainly don't race so these seemed like a perfect fit. Bought them at a local tire dealer and the price was a little better than anything I found online.
