Class reunion on Labor Day weekend so I can's go to the Bowling Green shindig :mad but it is just 38 days 'til Eureka Springs, Arkansas. There may be a run to St. Louis and Hannibal, Mo. in late September. :)
I'll give ya a big ol Tennessee wave when we pass North Pole. :w The Navigator and I will be coming from Valdez to Fairbanks on Monday, Aug. 16.
Unfortunately, she and I won't be in the Corvette. :eyerole We'll be on a 10-day motor coach (note: not the short bus) tour through the state...
The Window Valet allow you to change the unlock feature. I like mine set to unlock when the car goes into Park. It also lets you roll the windows up/down with the remote and a few other things. Well worth the $125 or whatever it sells for. ;)
But like Bucket, it appears to be a moot point for me. :eyerole
All summer and I still haven't gotten used to my backup camera. Maybe if I removed the rearview mirror....?
Watching the odometer click over is traumatic, 'cause we want our babies to be new forever. But with the prices of C5s in free fall, better just enjoy one unless you plan on selling or trading in the near future.

I drove a friend's C5 to listen to his Bissani cat-back with X-pipe. I could not hear the exhaust inside the car and it is a vert! His car has a good rumble at idle and a good sound when he gets on it, but nothing to compare with the volume of my Corsa Pace Cars--they are very loud.
Actually...

:beer
I did a major sound reduction just this morning: ditched the Run-craps and put on Michelin Pilot Sport ZPs! :L
The car is so quiet now I can really enjoy the wind noise. :mad
Seriously, I installed the insulation kit a guy on Forum sells (not very well fitted) back in the Spring but the...
Hey, you can't knock a system that works this well!!
Be careful with the citrus-based cleaners. I read somewhere that they can discolor aluminum.
I tried several products to give the engine bay a shine, but they all seemed to attract and hold dust and dirt. The all time worst was the advice...
