I have a small dent in the lower windshield moulding on the '59. It will require the moulding to be removed to repair. I don't have any need to remove the windshield assembly from the car or disassemble it. Does anyone know how to remove the moulding without damaging it.

Lower Windshield Molding

You will have to remove the windshield to get to the lower molding, unless I'm missing something.

oh no!

I didn't want to hear that , David. I guess it wouldn't hurt to replace the seal under the windshield anyway. I might even replace the dash pad while I'm in there.
