1967 relay rod torque settings.

I can't find the torque numbers in the 1967 A.I.M. or the 1967 Service Manual for:

- the castle nut to join the Relay Rod (center link) to Pitman Arm

- the castle nut to join the Relay Rod (center link) to Idler Arm

I'd appreciate knowing the numbers and where they can be found in either publication above. Thanks.

Both should be 40-45 ft-lbs; they're the same size as the power cylinder to relay rod and control valve to pitman arm nuts/studs and their torques are shown in the Chassis Service Manual (no manual steering torques shown). They're not shown in the A.I.M., as the manual steering linkage was received at St. Louis as a complete assembly, including the idler arm and the pitman arm.
