1985 Vette slight engine miss

Have just noticed after 1985 Vette has been sitting up throughout the winter months and after entirely running down the battery (new) due to leaving the interior lights on for three days, I now have a slight engine miss. Replaced the distributor cap and rotor and previously had put in new sparkplugs. Is it possible that I now am getting a sparkplug wire breakdown or could it be a module. Where else might I look. Doc

I notice that the miss seems to be around the 1000 RPM. Also I have used an Inline ignition spark tester and all wires seem to carry the same ability or current to light up. Need suggestions. Doc
 
Hmmm... I'll have to ponder that for a while.

Funny, but I'm having the same problem right now, except that mine is not at all stock anymore. :L
