How do I change all (including converter) transmission's oil?

There is no way of draining the converter without taking it out. I have heard of drilling a hole , threading it and installing a plug. If you do that be sure to research it first so you don't hit something inside.

Tranny shops and some repair facilities have a system that allows for flushing the entire system. They hook it up inline with the tranny fluid lines and the system purges the old fluid and replaces with new stuff.

Out shop just got a new flushing system and it only takes about a half hour to do a flush and refill. The system gets one tank filled with new fluid and an empty tank catches the old stuff. Once it starts, you just let it run till it's done. After the flush, the pan is dropped and an new filter is installed and the fluid level is topped off.

It is quite possible, and in fact kits are available to install a drain plug in the trans PAN but I hope you are not talking about doing it to the converter. I would hate to think of the vibration caused by imbalance and possible damage to the pump if doing this to the converter.

Make sure you install the up date for the trans filter.
The bushing gets replaced where the filter installs into the valve body.
