My friend the Corvette Restorer is putting a 54 Vette back together. He's trying to locate a set of wiring diagrams. In particular ....showing the radio and heater wiring areas. His general diagram does not show this area.

He needs it S.TA.T...(Always wondered what that ment) so if you have a set you can scan and post here, I can down load it for him. He's getting the Vette back from the vert top installer today and the customer is hot to trot.

Thanks in advance. ....Do it Now....!!

Note ..just searched the web and did find wiring diagrams but non of them show the radio and heater ..but do show an accessory block. Weird...

Lecltric Limited has wiring harnesses, maybe they have a diagram for the wiring, it won't be free, but it will be correct.

They show and talk about having the wiring diargams for "Base Model" (No Option) cars. I think the heater and radio were and option in 54.

Well, if it was an option, they should know about it, it seems they handle everything on these cars. Now, there is another company that makes wiring harnees too, but I can't remember their name.

I called them and the lady said....what ever is on the factory sheet they copy. The original factory diagram does not show the radio heater connection.

From what I understand, those options plug into the main fuse block. I'll have to research it further..
