'90 Frisbee - Remval Caused Engine Vibration
In mine, its connected directly to the water pump. Removing it was a bad idea - I've been driving a couple hundred miles and there's annoying vibration from about 2,000-4,000 RPMs. This can't be very good for the bearings, and its not a smart idea to leave it off, so I'm putting back on.
I suppose its common practice among C4'ers, especially earlier C4's to remove the frisbee.
I hope the vibration didn't cause any unnecessary parts wear. Has anyone had this experience? Hopefully a few hundred miles of normal driving didn't ruin anything. Any comments?
