From CF.com> "1992 Callaway Aerobody ZR-1 for sale. What can I say? 2002 sucked wind. This is the first ZR-1 AeroBody ever made and since the molds have been destroyed it will remain part of a very small club. The motor is a Rippie 368. Last time on the dyno it made 441 HP. Lots of people say this but it is a one of a kind piece. Check it out here : http://home.covad.net/~thedesh/ Asking $40K
_______

1992 Callaway SuperNatural ZR-1(#1AeroBody)
Rippie 368 c.i. conversion/443 RWHP

18" Fikse FM5s"

I love that car!!...

That belongs to the guy who used to own Matt's (UltraSlow) '89 TT. I've always liked it from the pictures I've seen. I need to find a job so I can buy it!!

Kevin, Thats cool :) I found the story about the car interesting (the one on his website about the ZR1)
...for some reason I did not make the connection w/ that car and Matt's red/tan as the first one that came to mind was the red/tan aerobody coupe w/ CT tags...

I could see you driving that car :Steer

hey chris, maybe you need an LT5 based callaway to complete your collection??? really good deal on that car.

Ron, Yeah it is one HECK of a deal!!! I will have to pass, as my bride may make me take up residence in the garage if I bought it:D

Hey guys, I just joined this forum and thought I should update the link for my web site: http://home.covad.net/~thedesh/ Thanks for posting *89x2*. I don't want to flog the for sale thing to death but I hate to have bad links floating around.

Welcome aboard Steve.

Thanks. By the way, were you in those U.S. Marines commercials? That sword looks familiar.;worship

Hey CLint, thanks for the howdy. I hope things are warmer in Texas than up here in the frozen north.

No snow or ice here,Steve, but the lows have been down in the teens at night. Supposed to be close to 70 degrees Monday, though.:D
