A bit of Callaway history...

Callaway sent us a set of cats and pipes that were supposed to bring the 35th Anniversary car up to spec. We never put them on, and they still live in my garage. I was only 19 then, but I remember the story of the non-complying cats having been taken from an Audi 5000. I'm not sure if this is accurate info, but in 1989, that was the rumor.

Callaway also sent me a set of replacement cats. I installed them and noticed a substantial power loss. I did not sent the orrigional cat assy. back.I planned on reinstalling it back on the car with the next clutch replacement. The orrigional converters are Audi converters, very similar to the cats on the C5 vettes.
