I am having problems with the Auxiliary fan relay not working, does anyone know how to bypass the fan relay, I am getting tired of replacing the relay.

Why would you want to bypass the relay? If the relay keeps going bad I would check the amperage draw of the fan.

The fan is going to need a relay of some sort whatever you do.
Bypass the relay with excess draw and watch your car burn down.
Why are you concerned about aux fan operation;
the majority of cars never had one in the 1st place and where the aux fan fitted most do not get hot enough to come on (235?)

I have a 1987 Vette and I garantee that if you disconect the fan relay it will over heat, 275 degrees or more, just try it.

Well ,I have '87 ,'89 and '90 Vettes .:W
So long as the MAIN fan is running correctly they never go over programmed heat even in 90 degree temps.
The aux fan is set to run a 238.

Yes and no, purchased two new auxiliary fan relays from Auto Zone, one to replace the burned out one and a spare for future problem. Just sold the 1987 Vette and no longer will have the problem, of Fan Relay failure. 582boat
