blower motor resistor wiring

I have 4 wires going to resistor dark blue light blue yellow and brown have only power in brown should i have power in others blower is not working thanks paul

The wiring diagram will tell you what wires should have power and when, looking at different switch positions. Off the top, I'd suspect the switch, but without knowing what year and looking at the wiring diagram, that would be just a SWAG.

did you check the fuse???
