Borla/Corsa vs Stock TIs

After listening to all three muffler systems I personally prefer the Corsa and Borla sound over the stock TIs. My question is, which one of the three has the least exhaust restriction? Rumor has it that the TIs flow just as much as the other two. Not too sure if I agree with that but wanted to ask some of you experts.

I have heard that the Borlas may net you a little power(5-10rwhp).
