I Have a 84 Standard coup, and would like to know If I can elimanate the anti-theft module. When I put a new horn relay in the horn stays on. Also where is it located. Any help would be great

The horn is controlled by the horn button on the steering wheel or by the Theft Deterrent Module.
If the horn pulses it's because of the TDM.
If the sound is continuous it's the horn button or the wire the horn button uses is shorted to ground probably
inside the steering column.

I don't own a 84 but it appears if you remove the Anti theft fuse in the diagram below it will disable the
TDM. The TD module is either behind the passenger side crash pad which is difficult to remove or under the dash in that area.
