I was going to bleed the brakes and find out the 2 rear inside bleeder valves are broken off. Now how do I get them out? How do you prevent it from happening again?

I had good luck with a form of an "easyout" just make sure you have the right size for the hole. Or get one that has the easyout bit and drillbit, I have found you only have one or two good shots at breaking them loose before the hole gets reamed out, spray them, lightly tap the easyout in the hole, press down hard while turning/taping...hope you get them, they are no fun. If that doesn't work, drill them out and retap... good luck
