Bruce Get's Caught By The Accelerator Arm In The Tunnel Of Pain

Bruce...(Blue62Vette) came over the house tonight to pic up some adjustable dowell pins for his bell housing. He's dropping in a Keisler 5 Speed in his Project "Trip" car.

After he arrived we started sharing problem stories about are Vettes. When I told him mine..about forgetting to change out the Accelerator Arm.. Buce jumped up and said ..let's go check it out. It's 10M in the evening....heh we don't care.

Next thing I know Bruce has a 7/16'' box end gear drive wrench and both arms in the engine compartment. He was really going at it and at one point got stuck.
As the picture shows ..he's jerking the whole car up and down trying to get free..... :L

Well...while yaking and telling stories to another friend of mine who stopped by he removed ....filed on the new arm ...test fitted it ... and Yaked some more and then finished the install of the arm. Of course I helped too. I was inside with a Ball Peen hammer wacking the pedal shaft.... And they said it couldn't be done.......

But it's done ....Bruce........He's a Crazzy man.... :L
