In addition to the longtime listings in Cars of Particular Interest (CPI Value guides) I noticed Callaway has been added to the NADA guides. While a bit generic (read: generalizations on pricing & values) it is good to see them in there and recognized :cool

Like 8388 and others have been saying, these cars still have their day to come - like a Yenko or Shelby, etc. :upthumbs

Thanks for the info & link; like you said it's at least now they're recognized.

the guide assumes however, they are all coupes w/out AeroBodies...

Absolutely!

The one thing I noticed w/ the NADA guide however is, there are no allowances if the car is a Convertible or if it has a Callaway AeroBody - Both add significant value to the car -

Enjoy! :m

I noticed that as well as, and there is no milage factor. In addition to being a convertible and having the Aerobody adding value; a low milage car would also be worth a little more then a high milage one, all else being equal. I guess that's why there is such a wide gap between 'low' and 'high' book.

I don't know :confused I would think one in the *low* end would be one w/ scuffs and tears in the interior and some crazing of the paint, maybe some chips or scratches :eek

the *high* end would be a pristine "museum" type car with your "enjoyed" cars falling in between :cool

I don't think mileage is factored at all into that as we have seen over the years, some low mile cars w/ issues and some high mile cars that have been well preserved otherwise :upthumbs

You are correct though, mileage should factor in at some point :confused

I agree 100%, hopefully they'll take converts and Aerobodies into account in future updates. For now at least we got our foot in the door, so to speak :beer

Actually, I recall the Callaway Corvette was in NADA back when I bought my car 2000 but you are right... the prices are for just the B2K option and will not include any other Callaway installed options.

Nadaguides.com has recognized the B2K for a long time as Luigi said. At least the past four years that I know of. However, as pointed out they do not acknowledge the convertible or the Aerobody...
