Hello,

My name is Arthur

I have been following your green aerobody on this web site for some time.

My fathers first corvette. a 1966 big block convert. was and is also green and is still with him as the original owner.

It would be really cool to have father - son matching green vette's

If you are serious about selling the car I would be very interested in seeing the repair records, history of the car etc.

Please contact me directly at:

For what it is worth your car would grant visitation to you at all times, it would be moving to Greenwich CT for summers and Palm Beach FL in the winter.

*****UPDATE*****

Callaway Twin Turbo Corvette was just picked up on 1/12/08, dyno tuned from its idle @ 800 rpms, right through to its redline. :cool

Fresh tune-up and completely inspected for driveabilty, sparing no expense. This Callaway showed 460.36 hp and 594.76 ft-lbs of torque at the rear wheels - the car PULLS LIKE A FREIGHT TRAIN!!!!!! :cool

Please email me with any questions - thanks for looking! :beer

Looks like the seller accidentally put their camera in that (useless) vivid saturation mode. :ugh

I would like to relist my '88 for sale again at the lowered price of $30k.
It is low milage(29k something) very clean convertible with the
Callaway installed Wonderbar, new tires and new alternator.

Looks like 88-050 is SOLD! Car is gone from the dealers website and the Ebay auction was ended early.

I don't think that's a 'for sale' page. It looks more like part of a tribute site. Plus, the text description doesn't sound like an owner:

"There is only one of these Calloway Sledgehammer Corvette cars at the moment that I know of."

I'm guessing the owner would not only know for sure it was one of a kind, he could probably spell 'Callaway' correctly.

Just my guess, though. :D
