Does anyone know how to install the teardrops on the hood? Mine were missing when I bought my car and have since ordered my replacements however, the holes in the hood are a touch larger then the teardrops sent by Callaway.

Should I drill a small pilot hole in the teardrop and put a screw in it so that it expands into the whole???

Accepting any suggestions?

Thanks

Thank you sir :)

Thanks. I thought that was silly when the packaging had a LH and RH designation.

thanks for the help.

hello, I saw this car at the car show last weekend in the HEB area. Very nice. I don't think I saw the hood up though. I used to own the purple aerobody ZR-1. BTW, I was driving the Hugger Orange Foose '69 Camaro w/ the 572 BB, parked sort of next to you.
cheers!

thank you for the compliment. The hood was up, nothing much to see though. The SNAT 435 looks like any stock LT1, BUT IT'S NOT :) Lots of giddy up.

The Foose ride is very nice. Question: were those Firebird taillights used on the Camaro? Nice touch.

My buddy, the Viper next to my Callaway, and I saw that car under construction a while back at Unique's shop. I have a '68 Mustang Convertible that I was intrested in some suspenstion parts and one of the guys there gave us a quick tour of the facility.

Very cool treat.

What ever happend to your Aerobody ZR1?

Thanks again
Frank

thanks for the kind words. those taillights are not really camaro or firebird specific. i believe that we got those form year one in georgia. that foose '69 camaro is just plain sick to drive. 572bb, hogan fuel injection, tremec tko 5 speed, currie 9in rear, etc.. lots of fun. i sold the aerobody zr-1 a couple of years ago to a gentleman back east. i haven't seen him post here, but on the other forum he goes by the name-skunker.

Hi Paul,

It's nice to see you back on the Callaway forum again.

Frank,

PICS !!! I know how the teardrop look like but you know me ;)
