I know this may sound stupid, but can anybody tell me what's different about the LT4 when compared to lets say a ZZ4 or the FastBurn 385.
I wanted to buy a crate LT4, but they quit selling them. I ended up with the FastBurn and added the 1:6 rollers and the HotCam, the FastBurn heads already had the LT4 valves and valve springs.

I'd really like to knowguys.

Thanks,

Rick

Side by side, they would really be two different engines since the LT4 is designed to run reverse flow coolant, and a different water pump and opti spark on the front of the engine.

I think flow wise they are simular to some degree.

You would really have to run the full fuel injection system, etc. to make an LT4 long block run right (which would be cool too).
