I got this from www.llbean.com. It's for sm. suv's but was an exact fit for the back of my LT4. The photo colors are all off, as you can see from the original carpet vs. seat backs. The real color match up is very good.
The real color is a dark gray/black combo with deep texture. It's sort of that indestructible stuff like some door mats are made of.
I think they call it water hog, 39 bucks w/ free shipping using an llbean credit card.
I like to be able to toss stuff in the back & not worry about staining the orig. carpets.
