chip question

Does anyone know what the first 4 letters are on the factory chip for an 87 with a manual transmission? I assume it is printed on the factory chip. Is it easy to get to and replace?

It is really easy to get to. All you have to do is take off the passenger side kick panel, crawl on your back and look straight up. There should be two wire harnesses going into a box, remove the two harnesses and there are two bolts. I cant remember what size they are but once you remove those your ECM slides out. Then you simply take off the little cover and your chip sits right in there. It only takes a good half hour to get the ECM out.
