Choke Heater Relay

Can anyone please tell me where it is! My Chilton Manual says it is there - somewhere.

Thanks. The relay is green and it is under the center console. I removed the side panel and there it was !
What a strange place to put it ! Now to find out why the choke was re-wired in the first place.
