I wasnt sure where to put this, but if anyone is interested in the last C5R ever built and to have won a race (as of this post). GLPK has the Pratt Miller 2004 chassis (011) which won this years Belcar Series in Belgium:

heres some additional info: http://www.glpk.net/pics2006/c5r.doc (unsure on the price as their entire webpage is in dutch) good luck for all potential buyers ;-)

Perfect Street Intimidator

Hey Dwayne,

This looks like the perfect car for you to use for those sub sonic drive bys near the Fort Wayne police station.

Well if you dont like that color...heres some older pictures of when the team picked it up from Pratt Miller:

then the actual race trim (very similar to the 2004 car with the stripes still on there):

to be honest i like the yellow trim rather than the other crazy ones the teams like PSI, SRT and otheres had painted....the reason its in green livery was because of their Sporza sponsership, thus making it the "mean green machine":

the list goes on...theres TONS of pictures of this car in both the green and yellow livery....

FYI - That was the Warren, MI Police Station! :lou

I have no plans for any Fort Wayne, IN drive by's. ;)

Later - D

Thanks for the clarification - I'll notify Fort Wayne to "stand down".

I don't know. Green is SO not my color...
Yeah, well my GREEEEEN C5R will kick your red C5's butt!

But I wouldn't buy it either. I could never buy a car with a stupid ricer wing put on it! :eyerole ;LOL

During their annual visit to the Corvette Assembly facility in 2004 the C5R/Chevy Corvette drivers told me the wings were extremely functional @ high speed in ALMS races.
I was joking, 6. I didn't think I had to actually come out and say it...:eyerole
I realize that racecars actually have functional wings, whereas 99% of all ricers don't. :D

Oh I realized you know all...

Oh I know you know it all and that you knew the Corvette in this thread is a C5R/Race Car with a wing.

BTW - Some folks happen to like ricer wings and ricer paint jobs, but then again I'm sure you know that also. :upthumbs

Wings and Things

Here - this pic is a little easier to see. How about that wing?

Nope...don't like those wings either. In fact, I like those even less. (that specific one...)

Forget it, Remo. Apparently Evolution just doesn't like RED. ;)

eta: I tried to add the winkie-smiley but I guess you can't do that in Quick Reply mode.

Nahhh...I like red. I just don't like it as much as...ANY OTHER color! :L

Let's see. You like smaller wings less than bigger wings and red paint less than any other color. I think I've got one here that meets your requirements.:L

I do find the ducts behind the doors somewhat interesting from a standpoint of "are they 100% functional?" and "Did they have to flare the front of the rear fender or did they retract in the door seam?"
