Corvette service

I need to have the windshield wipers repaired on my 68 big block. I live in Orange County, California, and I am looking for a reasonable repair shop in the general area. Corvette Mike's is way too expensive for me. Anyone have any shops they could recommend locally?

What's wrong with the wipers? Is it just the motor? If so, you can get one at the auto parts store and change it with basic tools. PG.

I don't know anything about the vacuum system, and I inderstand it is all vacuum driven. I don't even know how to open the section up to get a look at em'.

OK, then if your not handy just take your car and your check book to Corvette Mike, most other shops won't have a clue, you'll pay less but it won't be fixed correctly. There were a few times where a repair was over my ability and I took it to a shop that does only Corvettes. PG.

I know what you mean, but there must be other corvette shops in so Cal that I don't know about. I won't go to "Joes Garage."
