Jay, do you by any chance have the cad file saved? If so would you be willing to email it to me? I am an engineering major and have access to cnc machines and I might be able to use your file as a template to make my own custom piece.

Arent CNC's the greatest, I am a Diemaker retired from GM where we had 5 Fadals and a Monarch. Worked for a while at a high tech pattern shop with a 5 axis and 14 others.
Have been working at a local Manufacturer of Garage door hardware for 4 years they just put in a 2 axis trac and a top of the line Agie WEDM (it been a long wait). Its hard to convince the powers that be that High tech equipment will save them money even when they spend half the cost of the machine each year sending the work out.

Tom, my home PC died just in time before Christmas, I have the CAD file saved on it's hard drive, now I just need a healthy mother board so I can all my files from the old PC to my new one. When I get it all transferred I can Email you the files.
