My Dash Cluster on my '85 has finally croaked. It's so dim that you can't read anything on it anymore. I would really really appreciate any advice from anyone on this. Thanks in advance!

Eckler's has a repair service that I think is reasonable. You can find them on the internet and check out their service.

I just went ahead and replaced the whole cluster in my 88. It works good new now.....nice and bright....If you get another one......84 & 85 will interchange and 86,87 and 88 interchange and the 89 is in a world of its own. They all look alike but only what I have told you will work.....been there , done that.....I paid 499.00 with no core thru....www.fparts.com..... Good luck......

My 84 cliuster needed replaced last year so I took mine to the local chevy dealer and they sent it out for repair and install with warranty for under $450.00. The best part is I didn't have to any of the work.

I just went ahead and replaced the whole cluster in my 88.
