G-140?????

There is NO listing of a G140 in my shop manual.... but it works.. and they MIGHT have found a bad wire...look for the repaired area in question.

Got 'er fixed up, cool.

I'd almost be willing to bet that the bad ground was the equivalent of the G110 (inst. panel signal ground) in those '84 shop manual diagrams. I couldn't find a G140 either, maybe the numbers changed from '84 to '85 (G110 vs. G140)? What do you think Vig?

I believe that one goes through the firewall over on the passenger's side and runs behind the distributor to the trans bellhousing mounting bolt. I have had to remove this harness on my '84 and wound up removing the distributor to get it out.
