Do I have a problem with my front cornering lights?

My Vette (96 LT1) was in for steering column rebuild and when I got it back the front cornering lights (the long white lights on the front side) don't come on with the light switch in the "parking light" or headlamp position. In fact, the only time either of them do come on is if the light switch is in the "parking light" or headlamp position AND the turn signal indicator is activated. I could have sworn before I took the car into the dealer, those front cornering lights both came on once the light switch was in the "parking light" or headlamp position. Could anyone with a late model C4 do me a favor and check their cornering lights so I can determine if the dealer screwed this up or if I was imagining things, thanks!

I have a '90 and mine work the same way. Hence, "cornering lights". Only come on when your turn signal is used and the light switch is on. Hope that helps.:)

Thanks. I could swear I saw them on when I turned on the parking lights. I guess I' must be losing it (which doesn't surprise me)...

Could have been but it wasn't tracing, just solid on. I did hear sitar music, though...
