Door Chime

Hi All, I hope someone can help me out here. problem is my door chime comes on whenever it feels like it. Sometimes when I open the door it chimes only a couple of times then stops. I'm not much of a mechanic but i can get around. Any help would be sweet. 1992 auto coupe. Thanks

My door chime on my 96 seemed to dwindle and die too! Any help would be apreciated.

It is located under the dash pad. I think the part # is 0002 because it was installed just after the heater core #0001.

What the heck! hnoes That looks like something I, myself, needs to avoid like the plague!:ugh My luck if I tackled that my car would never run again What now!!!!!

It was not taken apart for fun and games.:ugh

Some punks smashed the window and ripped the dash pad off with a pry bar trying to steal the stereo.ad

3 weeks and $2000.++ to put it back together. Try finding a 1990 Vette dash pad in Euro-land.:W
