Reading the troubleshooting section of the FSM it keeps referring to a possible short to B+. What is B+? Is that GM's way of saying a short to ground?

Thanks for your help.

B+ = Battery/Positive side

Short to B+ means short to Battery Positive. Sounds like some a lead that should have something less than 12 volts on it stays at 12 volts all the time. Ground would be B-. Hopes this helps clear the mud.

Thanks for your replies. Now that makes perfect sense.
