Question: End Link Bushings in Lwr Control Arm

Does anyone have diameter specs on the sway bar end link bushings? I bought a 1996 GS front end from a salvage yard. At least they said it was a GS.
The end link bushing sleeve in the lower control arm is 21mm diameter. But the GM dealer and Energy Suspension only have 25mm diameter bushings - and pressing them in is impossible.

Did the '96 year have different control arms? Did the GS have smaller end link castings? If so, where can I find correct bushings? Any help is appreciated.

They only list one bottom arm for 88-96 .
Just measured my '90 ones for you and the hole in the arm is 22mm.
