Thanks, for the support! I thought that we were all in this {Vette dillema}together? I still haven't heard anything from the shop. I'll keep you posted until I hear something! I just hope something like this doesn't happen to anyone else on here! That dang Grand Prix is driving me crazy!!!

400 Cu. In. 4 BBL Quadrajet 425 HP Turbohydramatic 400 trans. A tire smoking maniac!
We used to take one of those out and smoke the tires 4 miles on the odometer in one stripe!

In a way, I like some of those big 'ole cars. I doubt I could drive one though! I feel like my wife's Camaro is a boat after driving a Vette for so long! The first time I was riding in the Vette I bought I was in the passenger seat and remember looking over to the driver's side. I saw what I thought was a small truck with puke green paint. As it turns out I was looking at the top of an early 80's Mercedes!! That's when I said to myself,, this car sits low! Really low!

Close, that is the beloved 71 GP I mentioned above. There were only two years of this particular body style, 71 and 72, differentiated only by the lines of the front grill and she is a smoking machine
