I installed Dynomax UltraFlow Stainless Mufflers to my 87 Coupe...but I was getting the infamous resonance at like 2500 -4000 RPM range. So I bought the Rear Y Pipe with the center cross over tube which claims to eliminate this annoying resonance. Well the results are in.....:_rock
Sounds great....eliminated the noise....and my 87 really moves!!!:lou

I'm glad you're happy with yours.

I got the same exact exhaust as you did for my 1991. Although it is quiet out on the highway, there is still a grating resonance between 1500-1900 RPM under heavy loads, such as climbing a hill in overdrive and engine is on those revs. The resonance is causing a couple of interior parts in my Vette to buzz.

I'm tired of it. I'm going to chuck my Dynomax exhaust and Y-pipe within a couple of weeks and buy the Corsa exhaust for the L98. According to Corsa, their exhaust does NOT have any interior resonance due to their use of noise cancellation technology. Expensive suckers though at $799! But they look good and sound good from outside.
