Help! Floor & Cargo Mat Smell

I just received my new car mats from LLoyds with the C6 logo.

I purchased these mats from one of our contributing vendors (Southern Car Parts). Very good and quick delivery with no problems - thank you.

However, the smell of the new mats is terrible! Is there any products that will remove the odor?

I plan on leaving them unfolded in my den with the ceiling fans on them.

I know if I install these mats now it will definately over power that "new" car smell.

How is it possible the OEM mats don't have that rubberish odor? Especially since LLoyds or other carpet manufacturers might be an OEM provider?

Any suggestions are highly appreciated.;help
