I am looking into my options on t-top repair/replacement and I am learning more about them. Apparently there are several codes. I have M92 and I have seen M125 & M1131. Does anybody have descriptions for these codes or are they irrelevant? Thanx again !! John

:w I believe that those codes are in reference to the color of the tops

eg...smoked gray, blue or bronze.there may be other codes as well as..

Found T-top Code Descriptions

I did some research and I found out what the glass T-top codes mean:

M92-A- Tempered, came on factory Corvettes in the year 1982 as standard glass.

M94-A- Tempered, came on Collector Edition Corvettes in the year 1982.

M95C- Tempered , current GM replacement mirrored glass.

M125C- Tempered, current GM replacement black glass.

M115- Tempered, blue privacy.

Ok, heres a fly in the ointment!!!

Mine has markings DOT 18 & M89.6 Code, They are bronze tint with mirrored coated tops.

Also before those codes (above them) have a "PPG" logo (like the paint company) with the word "saftey" after then branding "SOLARCOOL" Solid tempered coated AS3 2613

So what does this mean, are they not original?
The car came with RPO CC1, but have they been replaced?

Your comments awaited with great interest.

try www.sunroofdoctor.com.

Just bought Black Galaxy glass tops from them and cut out the middleman. Saved at least $200.00 by doing so.
