Hey all--
Okay, I have a more-or-less stock LT1 with a 4L60E transmission. I don't want the car to be a drag car, but it will see some trips to the strip, so 0-60 in the 3.5 range would be great. That said, I doubt I will get there right now without majorly hindering drivability, but here are long-term plans for the car: A D1 intercooled Procharger, and eventually a purpose-built 396 low CR stroker and more boost. I already have a Dana 44 on the way with the 3.45 (3.54?) from a 1991 ZR-1. Would this be a good ratio? Any cooments or suggestions? TIA,

Bryant, I recently put 3:75 gears in my 87 Corvette,
It flys. The old gears were 2:55 (car is an automatic).
Nothing will improve acceleration more for the price.
Gears were $300 from Jegs and a friend installed them (not easy).
Bob
