I was doing the Delrin bushing replacement on my 94 LT1 headlights today when I was surprised at what I found. Someone had been there before me but what they did was use two nuts in each corner where the bushings would go and covered the whole mess in gray silicone. They even left the dust!

I also have some questions.

I am missing a cover plate gasket, a set of thin washers and one bronze bushing. Plus, the driver's light is loose meaning it has a lot of slop up and down because the swing arm bushings are bad. I would like to replace all four swing arm bushings and see if I can acquire those other parts. Anyone have any ideas? Could someone send me a URL or something?

Thanks.

Paul

BTW - the bushing replacement was a breeze from start to finish.

I do not about all the parts you need but I have bought partsd for my 88 coupe from Corvette central,,They have many parts for the headlights,,The web sight is: www.corvettecentral.com,,I hope it helps

Thanks a lot! I will try and see if they have what I need. I appreciate it.

Paul
