HELP.....leather seat starting to tear

Is it just the driver seat or both?

Does it look like tearing or wearing?

Our L98's are getting to the age where things like this, unfortunately, are starting to happen. Replacing the leather isn't cheap.:cry

Like Edmond said: if you want to replace them it isn't cheap.
- For the price I'd recommend seat covers. (not the tacky cheap ones either)

Try http://www.wetokole.com/ I think a couple of members have a set of these already. It's what I'll be going with them when the time comes.

Seat covers are you best bet. Other then that keep them clean, and treat them alot. I started to use waterless hand soap from autozone. I had a guy tell me about this. You wont believe the dirt you get out if you apply it with a white towel. I just put some on the towel, rub into the seat, and then buff off with a different towel. It works on the leather steering wheel. I guess that stuff moistens the leather. It has worked great for me.
