I have change my rotors and pad on my 2000 now the light for active handling and hand break are always light on my dash i have put the machine on and she don't see any code error !!!!!

Engage and release the hand brake a couple of times. If it never gets used it might need some exercise. You can try disconnecting the Negative battery cable for 30 seconds and see if that resets your computer and the light goes out.

If the light is on, THERE IS a code in the TCS system that would need to be addressed.
