I don't think this is tech question, so here goes in order to change a front bumper turn signal assy (lens assy) is there an easy way ?

It's a tech question alright.

To replace the lens assembly, the entire front bumper cover must be removed. People here have done it, they'll be along to share their insight. I've never done it myself.
