My horn on the 75 never worked. Most of the time it made no noise and on occassion it would make this horrible death groan for a second or so. I have two horns so I took them off the car and sprayed WD40 into the mouth of the horns. I don't know if this helped or not because all I got was the death groan a little more often, but still not a horn sound.
I then took the horn button off and found there are three curved round steel rings that where rusted under there. I cleaned them up with some sandpaper along with the contact pin and now I'm tooting all over the place.
It was just a easy quick fix if anyone has the same problem.
